Anhydrite forms in a variety of colors from completely colorless to violet to brown. Anhydrite has many industrial uses such as being crushed for soil treatment and being used in the composition of paper and plastic products. This hand-polished anhydrite freeform was exported from Madagascar.
Metaphysical: Anhydrite is a highly spiritual stone believed to aid in connecting with past lives as well as with those who exist in different realms.
