Part of the Quartz family, Smokey Quartz gets its brown-to-black coloring from natural radiation. When Smokey Quartz is completely black, it is known as Morion Quartz.

Smoky quartz is good for negativity, grounding, and protection.

Amazonite is a variety of Microcline, a mineral that crystalizes directly out of underground magma pools, or when underground Granite encounters immense heat and pressure. Amazonite is often found alongside Quartz.

Amazonite is good for creativity, harmony, and independence. 

 Amazonite and Smokey Quarts grow in similar environments, so here both stones intergrew with each other.
