Not a true mineral, Opal is called a Mineraloid because it has no set crystalline structure. Opals form when water fills underground cracks and tiny Silica spheres settle to fill those cracks. Opals can also fill in as parts of Fossils, called Opalized Fossils

Good for patience, grounding, and exploration.
